Jeff: Burnout is a persistent problem in this industry whether you're working in open source or doing your own thing. I think the less people commit to it and spend time to it, the more it becomes like maintenance work. Jeff: How do you manage burnout? Do you kind of pull away? Like what are your strategies because I think that would be a valuable thing to know.
