Do You Have a Criminal Record?

I think it's fair to hire people that you feel like are going to be committed But once you start putting specific lenses on it, that's only specific to a certain gender or a race Then I think people start having issues with that because that's when it's a very very slippery slope. It's almost like you know, you're hiring someone's like look. I don't care if you do this this this and this is what we support because we want to get the best people but We do only hire committed people.
