How Does Stress Kill Muscle Damage?

Research shows that people with higher levels of stress are going to heal more slowly. People grow less during a resistance training programme the ones who had higher life stress. It's inevitable that we're going to experience some stress, right? Like, you're gong to have stress o events happen. So we just need to have some kind of y in place to deal with stress. And then that means that you don't need to optimize your training programme or your nutrition as much. That gets you better results without your even doing anything.
