The iraqi army was a terrible institution it had done lots of awful things. They scattered they didn't want to like keep these units intact. There was no there were no good institutions left by the by 2003 right. And this army was the principal tool of sedom's oppression the iraqiArmy and so when we were in 2003 working we were back channeling back, you know back and forth to sistani and the jaf but he said all that stops if you guys reconstitute sedom's army.
