The Benefits of Cadence for Different Types of Injuries

Cadence is most effective for patellofemoral complaints and ITB complaints. If we don't see a change to that mid or four foot, is that something you want to progress someone towards? With that said, if we can get them to a slightly less pronounced dorsiflexion inclination angle, that's desirable. So I call that a full-footed stride.
