Joseph, it's an honour to have you on the podcast. There is not much shame when you talk about when you started the podcast and talked about all your interests that aren't typical male interests. And i just thought that is owning who you are. Society sort of creates a narrative of what a man is, what a woman is, what we ought to be doing out doing. I think this is like some ways, just rit led discussion about you'r individual journey. If youre a parent or local leader, a, there are some really wonderful nuggets here that i think apply to all of us.
