How to Deal With Anxiety
Cognitive diffusion is the idea that we don't have to fuse to our thoughts and even memories. In mindfulness practice, we talk about the second arrow. And then here's the second or third or fourth arrow that you're just like shooting into yourself and ruminating over and over again. So this idea of not fusing with all of that or being able to stay in the present moment can be a wonderful way to deal with those anxious thoughts.
