The Importance of Grace in the Catholic Church
The Catechism of the Catholic Church clearly states that we are saved through grace. The sacraments are the efficacious working of that grace in the modern world. Calvinists believe that when God gives someone grace, it cannot be rejected. Catholics on the other hand believe that God could give grace to someone so that he's able to accept or reject God's offer of salvation.
