On Coursera we have a very specific type of structure such that it's supposed to help the learner get through things. But if you're going to have to, what we call refresh it, do a refresher. It's like redoing an entire course with a few resources in place, but not everything. You can't just continue adding lectures and assume that you can keep going. So I certainly found it extremely difficult when I was teaching because it was so all consuming."
