Is There a Big Opportunity for Micro Caps in Canada?

I would think that when you talk about micro caps in Canada, they will be much more sensitive to the domestic economy and domestic central bank policies because they wouldn't be as affected by currencies. But maybe I'm wrong. There's a lot of Canadian manufacturers now that are loving the fact that the Canadian dollar is dropped as much as it has against US. And there's so many other factors at play here too. Like most micro caps that I follow have actually been in a bear market for about a year and a half.
