Sundays Are My Splurge Day and I'm a Big Fan of Sunday Roasts and I Love the Way They're Served in the States

Every Sunday traditionally in our area they serve what they call Sunday roast and it's either some kind of pork belly or lamb or beef. We had celery ache casserole which is something I'm not as familiar with but it was so so good. With the lamb you get a mint sauce and with the the pork we got some apple sauceSo anyway Sundays are kind of my splurge day.
