The Importance of Inventory in Video Games
It's interesting to note that it's really not the design flavor now like ultimately it was hard to duplicate right. It just sort of shows just how difficult it is to make one of these games that isn't all about player skill but still something people want to play video game equivalent of chess and go that's some kind of a game. One small thing actually that just reminded me of one of our listeners sent in Jonathan Whiting said that a favorite underappreciated thing in the game is never having or being able to open an inventory menu. That's so much regular video game craft is cut out of the way I think that's something we fully take for granted at this point.
