The Kansas City Fed Is the Reserve Bank That Is Over Wyoming, Right?
The Kansas City Fed is also the Reserve Bank that is over Wyoming. So it's like they gave the account to Reserve Trust, but they haven't acted on these Wyoming institutions. I think what the Fed doesn't want to say and probably still wouldn't say is they're still kind of trying to figure out what they think about crypto. And we'll come later to some of the proposals that Senator Toomey made.
