Connie: I think there's a lot of nuance with nutrition, so it is important. If you consistently feel really yucky after breakfast, maybe it isn't for you. Conny: Just the concept of using our weight as a dip stick for health needs to go away. So i would much rather know how they take care of themselves through food,.
