The Curse of Knowledge

The acronym is a huge part of the whole curse of knowledge thing. You don't not want to use them because it gets to be a mouthful. But if you don't spell them out a few times, you're automatically going to lose some people. It's really fun is when the acronym becomes so ubiquitous that even people in the field don't actually know what it stands for.
