In 90 plus percent of the situations, it's job growth from day one and it's investing for growth. One company where we invested in the first six months were, I would say, horrible. The CEO had made a lot of money and he just stopped working. He was shown up at the office maybe one day a week, we found out. And the company just started disintegrating over the first 6 months of our investment.
