The Most Boring City Election Ever
A story about a man called Spiro's Papathana Saccus is back in the news. The Globe and Mail was able to find that this guy, for some reason, an unelected official, somebody who nobody really knew about had enormous control over certain levels of government. He's closely associated now with the budget chief in the city of Toronto who's running for reelection,. A strong ally of John Tory. And so when the Globe and Mail were actually looking into this again, and they were taking photos of Spiro's and the budget chief together, one of his associates came up to the photographer and said he better delete the photos.
