Is Yoga Building Enough Strength for Me?

Yoga is not the primary physical focal point of the yoga tradition. That doesn't mean it isn't really good at building functional strength. It depends on your interests, your requirements and your specific needs. If you want more hypertrophy, I think like muscle bulk, if someone wants like visible tone, go to resistance training. For me, because I have those additional interests, I like to do supplemental resistance training.
