I was just so sad to see the amount of suffering and disease and sickness that was caused by insufficient sleep. The tone of the book in some ways, you know, I look back and think, could I have been a little softer? It's like the news, what bleeds leads. And if you speak about the alarmingly bad things that happen, people tend to have a behavioral change. But nevertheless, there's some kind of inner drive that wants me to do it.
