By the time the three-hour hearing was done they begrudgingly said well Judge if you'll take the plea now even under the doj's understanding of things we're happy to go forward with it. The agreement does not provide any protection against prosecution for any future conduct by hunter biden or any of his affiliated businesses. It says explicitly it does not provide protection against future conduct but would this apply to past conduct yeah right so it's it's just not clear according to court documents.
