There has always been this ar sort of actuarial rule of thumb, you should spend down about four % a year. The big problem is, like your house. We have this weird system where people are asked to buy their house. And it doesn't really match an aging society. One of our biggest problems is that we have a big mismatch between the kinds of housing that we have and the kinds of households we have.
