How to Offer Free Consulting Projects
Don't forget nonprofits. Some of your favorite nonprofits local or international might have a project that they'd be super thrilled for you to help with. It's kind of the same as a target school. Right, they have a competitive process for you to get into a university. And so the same thing applies when it's a brand name. Also, they usually have a structured process where they're teaching you something. Those skills are mildly valuable. A lot of consulting firms really trust themselves to teach you everything you need to know but it can be helpful. But also they're good litmus test for your ability to succeed in a structured and corporate organization.
