Michael Flynn's False Statement Charge
Michael Flynn was charged with making false statements to the FBI during an interview in January of this year. At the time, there was still an open investigation into Russia's efforts to interfere with the 2016 presidential election. The case took three years to get resolved and now he is suing both the FBI and the US federal government over it. Trump eventually pardoned him after a judge ruled that his actions were not criminal.
