The tesla bot, which is code named optimus, uses the autopilot camera and the f s d computer to do menial tasks around the house. Think a real life version of rosy from the jetsons. i'm using airquotes here as someone who is a tessela owner, and i realize that this event was re-enacted with great care by people at elon. What concerns me are whether or not it will be used for self driving cars? And if we're going to colonize mars, why not use these humanoid robots? It could open up an entire new market for tessela - just like making phones opened up Apple's financial potential
