We try to figure out whether what we're doing is worth while, and maybe what parts of it are most worth while. We did a big user survey last year, asking about all of 80 thousand hours different programmes. From that, a hundred and 75 people who'd received advising filled out. About half of them said advising was important for them in either taking a job or changing a career. So then when we like, asked people what was the most important eight thousand hours service for this kind of plan change, 26 % of those advises said that advising was the mostimportant.
