Should I Start Cutting or Build My Metabolism First?

The people who eat the most plant foods Tend to live the longest now. Most of your calories should be coming from relatively unprocessed highly nutritious foods that come from plants. The best ways to build your metabolism are to build muscle and eat a lot of nutritious food which is what you want to be doing when you are cutting so I would say do both.
