Friendship is aging, there are three peas that we've seen in what we've been reading. We're finding that friendships are kind of becoming secondary to transactional relationships. People view friendships as a luxury, because really good friendships take time and attention to build. And so perhaps we just don't see work now as a place to make friends. So it's an interesting question about how intentional can we be about creating friendship?
