i'm just doing it because it's fun and i need to do more exercise. Thel, last point on is, i do want to talk about our focus modes. There's lots of a good choices here. And also, don't forget that with the short cuts in your menubar, if you've got m a short cut in there to trigger your focus mot then you can do that button from there as well.
