Heideger's Critique of the History of Philosophy

Heideger invested, as astigated, what he saw as the fundamental question of philosophy from an early time in his academic career. He's not a historicis in the usual sense of a thinker who supposes that your thought is aily confined to contemporary thought and attitudes. And one ought to keep that in mind when one, you know, gives the label historicist to him.
