The Lying Flat Movement and the Crawlers
Many of the protesters are young people, students. There's been a movement called the Lying Flat Movement which is kind of like quiet quitting amongst young people. Students started meeting at night to crawl around campus on their hands and knees in circles. The advocates of this crawling movement wrote, You can wear a mask, don't communicate unless necessary.
