As applications lose their growth value, we are going to see more consolidation around delivering these newer features. Those things have to be provided via infrastructure because that's the only way to scale it. I haven't seen a different model that works that says we can now scale 100 different application architectures into one group as we have in traditional IT. How do we measure the success of that? Similar ways in which we measure the successful in general.
