Jeff Bezos and the Scout Mindset

Jeff Bezos was able to be successful despite his insistence on scout mindset in those early days. I'm wondering, is it probably not the best to use just the apex tech founders as these examples right? The people that are just the best at and obviously they've had just been doing their success. How do you think soldier mindset could be more useful if you're not at the talent or skill level of the one musk or Jeff Bezos because I get the argument but wondering how much that applies just like the mean.
