The Importance of Detail Work in Editing
"If you are a cinematographer, anybody that works on set and you have an opportunity to get in the edit room, you will have a greater understanding of how everything works," he says. "I remember the same editor of Arnold was doing another doc maybe seven or eight years ago ... He kind of said, can we get some more reaction shots? And also, I would get reactions on different islands so that just like you would in a narrative project."
