How Do We Treat Barrels?
The way we treat the barrels is that we have an ozonator. We will ozone the barrels externally before they show up. They get, we don't do any kind of like internal treatment to the wood. If something hits, then we'll get an enrichment test on internally. And if it is, we typically will pasteurize the beer at that point.
