Are Popper's Ideas Not Being Taken Seriously?

Popper is entirely absent from the concept of learning and education, though he has explicitly criticized the conventional way of thinking about these things. So it's just curious why these ideas aren't taken seriously. I tend to think it's a victim of its own design. If you were to teach Popper, it would probably cause you to hop off of that system as it does with most people who read Popper. And I think there would be fewer educators.
