The Rise and Fall of Togloria as Mayor of San Diego

Togloria is an enrolled member of the Tlingit Hider Indian tribe of Alaska. He was born and raised in San Diego and graduated from the University of San Diego with a bachelor's degree in history in political science. In 2020, he became our first gay mayor, our first mayor of color, our first indigenous mayor. But unfortunately, he hasn't done a lot else to encourage upward social mobility. His plan to end homelessness has been removed from his campaign website but preserved by Voice of San Diego.
