The people that actually leave their countries, whether they are rich or poor, are the most iperpanorial people in those countries. So so i think we create an entrepinurial class, particularly of small businesses, that has helped miami greatly achieve s economic success. And you're seeing a lot of hatians and cubans escaping gang violence, poverty, political repression. They're attempting to make their way by boat to south florida. Since october 20 21, the us Coastguard has intercepted about 35 hundred hatians
