How to Write a Good Cover Letter
If you can figure out who your supervisor would be, write it to that person. Just go on LinkedIn and find the actual human being. It's going to likely be reading this. So put their name on it because ultimately you're reporting to them. But also understand what it is the organization does and reflect back in that letter that you understand the organization or why you're applying for the job. That's point one. The second thing is not simply repeat your resume. Tell me a story instead of saying where you graduated from and where you spent time.
