What advice would you have for somebody who works for an organization that doesn't support an idea maritocracy, but they want to learn to get better? Well, i think the first thing you have to decide is whether the most important things for yourself right? A, if it's the case that everybody has the right to make sense of things. And when disagree, do you have an ability to what is your mechanism in geing past that disagreement? Do the principles that bind you together, are they more important than the ones that divide you? What are your principles? These same things apply in personal relationships as well as o work relationships.
