Is There a Pattern in Yours?
I feel like I've been in quite a manic state. It's one of those things that when I get into that state in my head that the idea of a 20 minute even half an hour jog could be the solution just seems far too simple so I'm like no I'm having an existential crisis, exercise isn't going to help and I do something really simple and I feel a thousand times better. Honestly it's like that isn't it sometimes. So yeah this morning woke up my husband as well he's like I can feel your a bit you know come up you're very angry and you're still a bit manic and I'm like I know I know and it's like I know
