The Importance of Leadership in Health Care

I think the major deficit we have in US health care right now is leadership. And so I've kind of moved my early career was spent thinking, you know, policy was going to solve everything. You know, climbing a corporate ladder and becoming really good at being a chief then in a large publicly traded diversified company isn't where the product vision is going to come from that we need ultimately to change it and make it better.
