Real Estate Deals - The Last Time Decision
I do think sometimes in life honestly it's better just like make the call and don't be a limbo. Stress is an unmade decision. The real estate business has been one big giant tough decision over the last year. Sometimes I'm like yes we just need to buy the deal. No risk here, we can just do the deal. And the rest of me is saying why am I going to pay this much money for this property in this town? It's not worth it. This is ridiculous. You know if it's a deal a business deal then those things also make the decision even harder to make. So it's like the last time decision or really stressful you remember.
