How to Be an Intelligent Designer

If you're talking about a mad scientist designer, I'm going with superpowers. Like everybody just gets a superpower. Your main thing would not be necessarily to optimize the world or eliminate suffering. So you wouldn't be a benevolent involved intelligent designer. You would just spin everything in motion, sit back and see what happens.
