Sally Kohn: Russia is the scapegoat for the liberal West today. She says it represents an ideological and moral other that doesn't even come from within its own community. It's serving such a useful thing for the collective West, she says; they can't get Putin to de-escalate. Kohn: If you're in a chaotic social environment, most likely you're not innocent but are blamed too much.
