Is That Going to Happen Going Forward?
We generally don't model over 7% bent. The reason being is for all the reasons you just talked about, we're getting closer in and we've back tested scores and scores and scores of these properties better. And they've performed over a long period of time. It's not by accident that we've got this property purchase at that level. We'll sit comfortable with that. So I think that first purchase sets them up really well to they've traded out of the big city. They're going to trade back in to have a property in one of those two bigger centers. That's where it's going to land for them.
