I'm a Long Short Trader, and I've Been a Short Seller for the Past 5 Years.
Icosi: For the past five years, i've been mainly known as a short seller. I'm pretty keen on spottig stocks that look like potential red flags or frauds an accounting. People don't understand why because everybody's making the big dollar short selling. But guess what? A lot of changes are coming to the short selling industry and when it occurs, their business can go poof. So i do long and short, and still i'm slanted 60 % short but i have no problem going long in today's market.
