The Politics of the Presidency Is Dead, Bradley

The political system can pass something only during the first couple of months of a presidency. Whatever does pass, it will be by partisinfr structural light. Democrats don't really have a they own version of tax cuts and jobs act. Why isn't a new third party to deal with what you're describing? i would look for that to be the case.
