The FDA Approval Process for Medical Devices

The FDA has been trying to regulate some of the cybersecurity in medical devices for years. The Consolidated Appropriations Act references specific guidance papers that go into more detail. It doesn't change a lot of the things that they knew were coming, but it does make it required now.
