Meditation and Its Benefits
It seems quite often the case that we, we, we seem that seemingly need these difficult moments o go in and discover things like like meditation. That resonates with my own experience. People tell me it's a pity i had this burn out or depression or whatever, and i wished i would ave disc ofered meditation before that soso. I think also, maybe with your community and your ap is something that you must often hear that people come to this because they they don't feel or go well, and maybe we should invest more in prevention.
