In an article called the secret to closing more sales, never answer a question in the first conversation. As you get them to speak, especially things that have some emotion attached to it, they become invested in you. It's so easy just to dismiss people as idiots, right? A suppose to finding out what their resistance is, what their objection is. So i think that's part of the issue, is just not ben able to understand someone who sees things in another way.
